About Ideawise
At Ideawise, we don’t just build ventures—we create impact. Our mission is to transform bold ideas into high-growth, scalable startups that challenge norms and drive meaningful change. With a decentralized structure and a focus on agility, transparency, and purpose, we empower each venture to evolve independently while staying aligned with our vision.
What We Do
We take startups from concept to scale, combining rigorous validation, rapid development, and strategic growth. Our plug-and-play infrastructure gives ventures a strong foundation, while our data-driven, modular approach ensures they scale with precision.
Who We're Looking For
The Monetisation Squad is primarily responsible for maximising the economic value each user brings to the company (Lifetime Value or LTV). To achieve this, the team focuses on optimizing three key revenue streams:
- Subscriptions: Recurring payments that users make to gain extended access to certain features and/or exclusive functionalities available only to subscribers.
- One-off purchases: Purchases of items that grant temporary access to extra features or higher usage limits. In the app ecosystem, these are commonly known as In-App Purchases (IAP).
- Ads: Ads displayed to users who do not have an active subscription, allowing us to subsidize the experience for Free users while maintaining a sustainable business model. In the app ecosystem, this is usually referred to as In-App Ads (IAA)
What You’ll Own & Drive
Yes, this section comes before the skills—because no matter how rockstar you are with Figma or how well you handle Design Tokens, if we don’t culturally “match,” it won’t work.
- Has a genuine love for data. Not just a passing interest. We want someone who checks dashboards and wonders how we’re doing in Monetization for the Dating vertical. Did you spot a weird trend in renewals? Think our Install-to-Payer conversion is tanking and no one has noticed? Raise your hand! We’ll appreciate it. In 2025, Ideawise doesn’t believe in roles that ignore data. A Product Designer must not only understand their impact but also grasp how their vertical and the company are performing. Not asking too much, right?
- PROACTIVITY. In all caps. We don’t want someone who just executes what a PM/PO puts in a ticket—please, no. The era where PMs were demi-gods dictating direction from Olympus is over. We need someone with judgment, someone who questions whether something makes sense, suggests A/B tests, and contributes UI/UX improvements and beyond.
- Attention to detail and organization. Seems obvious, right? But trust us, it’s not. If you know how to keep your assets neatly arranged, your screens properly named, and your files stored in cloud environments instead of your local desktop—you’ve got an edge! (Seriously, go apply now!)
- A hunger to make an impact. If you’re looking for a cozy job where you don’t have to think much and ambition isn’t your thing, our first date probably won’t go very well. So let’s save ourselves the trouble. But if you’re bursting with ideas, eager to contribute, and ready to put your brain to work—tell us about it. :)
- Owning projects end-to-end: Here, you’ll have projects that are yours. Fully yours. From start to finish, from 1 to 100 (or even beyond). We need someone who takes things personally (in the best way possible) and sees them through. When things go great, soak in the applause. When things go sideways, be ready to face the tough questions. Bottom line? Accountability isn’t just a word for you—it’s in your DNA.
What you need to succeed:
- Figma & Figma for Devs Mastery: You should know Figma inside out, including how to create scalable, developer-friendly designs that translate seamlessly into production.
- Experience working in Product Teams: You’ve worked side by side with Product Managers (PMs) and understand how to align design with business goals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Ideally, you’ve worked in Scrum environments and know your way around project management tools like Jira.
- Strong documentation skills: You should be able to clearly document your work, processes, and decisions. Confluence will be your best friend.
- Storytelling & communication: Being able to explain your work, the “why” behind your design decisions, and influence stakeholders is crucial.
- Experience with Monetization in B2C brands: You understand key metrics and feel comfortable explaining how your work impacts ARPU, LTV, or Install-to-Payer CVR—and why.
- A/B Testing experience (spoiler: we’ll ask for real examples in the interview!). You’ve worked closely with PMs and Devs to set up experiments, understand what a feature flag is, and know why a test might not be statistically significant. And, of course, you raise your hand when a test is ready for a full rollout—no time to waste!
- First-hand user experience: We expect you to use our apps and websites (as well as our competitors’!). If having dating apps or websites on your phone is a problem with your partner—no worries! We’ll send an official letter explaining that this time, it’s actually work. ;
Bonus Points:
- QA mindset: In our squad, everyone tests! So grab your device and start testing everything we release.
- Analytical tools passion: Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel (or similar) is a plus. If you love looking at data without having to ask analysts for help, even better! Know SQL and want to dig into the Data Warehouse? That would be a dream come true.
- Product <3 Graphic Design: No, we’re not looking for a graphic designer. But sometimes, you’ll need to create graphic assets for paywalls or illustrate concepts visually. If you don’t mind this (or even better, you use AI tools to speed it up), you’ve got the efficiency mindset we love!
- Experience with RevenueCat / Adapty (or other monetization tools): If you’ve worked with these tools before, you get bonus points. This is where we manage our paywalls for IAPs and subscriptions in our apps. And no, unfortunately, there’s no Figma integration to export files directly (we wish!).
