We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer to own and evolve our entire Martech & Data Engineering stack—end-to-end. You’ll be the technical authority, the builder, and the product owner of our data squad. If you’ve architected systems that process billions of events, understand growth like a product, and thrive in high-scale, cloud-native environments—we want you in the cockpit.

This isn't just a backend engineering role. It's a strategic leadership position where you'll design, own, and operate the entire Martech and analytics stack, from data ingestion to actionable insights to activation.

You'll be the bridge between engineering and growth, ensuring we don’t just collect data—we transform it into growth loops and real-time decision-making engines.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Martech + Data Stack – Architect and implement a robust data infrastructure that handles billions of events and is built to scale.
• Be the Cloud Authority – Leverage modern cloud-native tools (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, etc.) to ensure resilience, scalability, and performance.
• Product Owner of the Data Squad – Prioritize impact, lead sprints, and define the roadmap for data infra, analytics, and marketing ops together with our growth leaders.
• Build for AI from Day 1 – Architect data pipelines that are ML/AI-ready: real-time, clean, labelled, and accessible.
• Integrate Martech Seamlessly – Implement and optimize tools like Segment, Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation, Amplitude, GA4, and beyond to support personalized, omnichannel journeys.
• Standardize Data Excellence – Define and enforce data quality standards, governance, and best practices across squads.
• Be a Strategic Partner – Work directly with growth, product, and exec teams to ensure data drives every decision.
