Position Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Director of Operations (or assigned superior)

Role Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, drive traffic, and achieve performance goals. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise for ROI, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Perform keyword research, optimise website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage SEM efforts, ensuring effective budget utilisation and measurable results.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Oversee content distribution across digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar.
- Engage with followers, manage communities, and implement strategies to grow social media channels.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimise campaigns for better engagement.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and account managers, to execute cohesive marketing strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where applicable.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable advertising regulations and privacy laws.
- Report key metrics and insights to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 1 year in a senior position.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are an advantage.
Work Environment
- Fully remote position; must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace.
- Working hours align with AEST (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
