SAP C4C Developer-Remote/Hyderabad-FTE Opportunity

Highly skillful in ABSL, UI Script, UI Designer in Cloud Application Studio to develop and deploy complex C4C Solutions

• Experience in creating Custom Data Object in C4C is a MUST.

• Configuration of C4C using KUT fields

• Experience in creation of extension fields

• Able to establish extension field link between new Business Objects and existing business objects

• C4C Integration experience with non-SAP system is a must

• Creating custom data sources for reporting

• Experience creating and exposing RESTFUL API’s

• Seven or more years of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Service Cloud implementation & development experience.

• Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.

• Experience with Quarterly upgrade process, upgrade testing, system refresh from the production environment

• Familiar with standard APIs exposed by SAP Cloud for Customer / SAP C/4 Sales/Service Clouds.

• Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP CRM / SAP ERP On-Premise using CPI

• Experience in SAP S/4, SAP ECC, and/or SAP CRM integration

• Experience in supporting C4C implementation and enhancement projects

• Experience in Sales and/or Service Business processes and strong end to end system configuration skills of Service Tickets and Field Service Management, order processing.

• Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices

• Strong interpersonal skills - effective listening and teaming, self-motivated, demonstrated a bias for action

• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task

• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP C4C Development

• 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP C4C

• Bachelors in Engineering Degree is required
