About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Automation and Event Executive to play a key role in driving growth through effective marketing campaigns and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with broad marketing and comms experience, ideally in B2B/FinTech/RegTech. You will have strong experience managing marketing activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation, as well as a strong understanding of core communications processes.

You will report to the Marketing Director and ideally be based in or around Dublin for a hybrid arrangement, or elsewhere in Ireland for a remote arrangement. We will also accept UK-based candidates.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Nurture and Automation:

• Build and manage campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform (formerly branded Pardot).
• Develop and monitor effective lead scoring systems to move opportunities from leads to MQLs.
• Manage the automation of nurture activities, supporting prospect engagement with the end goal of delivering high quality leads to sales.
• Own the creation of all email activity, including prospect nurture, upsell, re-engagement campaigns and customer newsletters.
• Monitor key trends, implementing best practice tactics to achieve maximum engagement across managed touchpoints.
• Support database hygiene to ensure prospect and customer data is accurate, relevant and keeps the business compliant.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to set new campaign initiatives live for your managed channel.

Trade, Industry and Customer Event Management:

• Identify optimal, industry-relevant events for the Sales team to attend.
• Plan & organise the exhibitor space, co-ordinating with the wider marketing team on key messaging, design and any experiential elements.
• Support speaking opportunities, co-ordinating requirements as required.
• Online Events: Manage the end to end process for webinar events, shaping the structure, content, promotion, set-up and live execution.

Sponsorship & Awards Opportunities:

• Research and secure appropriate sponsorship opportunities that will drive brand awareness and positive reputational uplift for the business.
• Support relevant internal stakeholders, writing and submitting selected industry award applications that offer the best opportunity for brand awareness and industry recognition

Key Requirements

• 4+ years marketing experience (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
• Minimum 1 year experience with Marketing Automation software (preferably Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Familiar with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Solid experience managing events, with proven ability to prioritise tasks and focus on multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong email marketing and campaign experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
