Senior Web Graphic Designer

You design for how people actually use things.

You think beyond layouts and screens. You think about flows, structure, and decisions. You understand that good digital work is not just well designed. It is well thought through.

You can take a strategy and turn it into something clear and usable. Something that makes sense the first time someone encounters it.

You understand how content, design, and interaction work together. You know when something is simple and when it is just simplified.

You care about craft. You know the work only holds up if the execution does. Structure, hierarchy, interaction, detail. You push the work until it feels considered and complete.

We build digital experiences that need to hold together across platforms and perform under real constraints. The expectations are high.

As a Senior Web Graphic Designer, You’ll

• Design and shape websites, applications, and digital experiences
• Translate strategy into clear, usable, and engaging solutions
• Define structure, interaction, and content approaches
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Build and evolve design systems that scale across platforms
• Work closely with writers, strategists, designers, and developers
• Present work with clear rationale and guide decisions
• Ensure work meets accessibility, usability, and performance standards
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals

You’ll Need

• 5 or more years of experience designing for web and mobile
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking and execution across digital experiences

Additional Professional Attributes

• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive systems
• Experience working within or building design systems
• Ability to understand how design translates into development
• Comfort working within constraints such as accessibility, performance, and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to use tools, including AI, while applying your own judgment

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$89,649.00 - $152,404.00
