We are seeking a Senior Manager of Audience Management to drive the orchestration of top-of-funnel (TOFU) marketing efforts targeting key personas within Icertis’ ideal customer profile (ICP). In this role, you will lead integrated campaigns, manage a monthly newsletter, identify content gaps and new messaging opportunities, and explore new channels to amplify Icertis’ message. Your work will play a critical role in expanding Icertis' reach, educating target audiences, and driving demand for our AI-powered contract intelligence solutions.

A strong understanding of SaaS marketing—particularly in AI and AI Agents—is a plus.

Responsibilities

Persona-Based Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to key personas within Icertis’ ICP.
Campaign Orchestration: Align messaging, content, and tactics across digital, email, paid media, events, and other channels to drive awareness and engagement.
Newsletter Management: Oversee a monthly newsletter, ensuring it delivers valuable insights to target personas and supports overall marketing objectives.
Content Strategy & Recommendations: Identify content gaps, recommend new assets, and collaborate with content teams to develop materials that align with evolving market needs and messaging opportunities.
Channel Exploration: Identify and evaluate new channels, platforms, and partnerships to expand Icertis' brand reach and engage new audiences.
Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, and Sales teams to ensure persona-based marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and content effectiveness.

Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on audience engagement, integrated campaigns, or content marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing, including awareness-building tactics, persona-based messaging, and lead nurturing.
Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Ability to analyze audience data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to orchestrate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with AI and AI-powered solutions in marketing is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools is a plus.

Salary Range And Description

Min $140,000 - Max $165,000 USD per year

_Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
