At iBOS we are revolutionising online international education and expanding our global reach. We are looking for a driven, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee digital marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and optimise our enrolment growth, playing a pivotal part in building our brand’s global presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Identify effective channels (SEO, paid advertising, social media) and devise both short- and long-term plans to meet enrolment objectives.
2. Manage and Optimise Paid Campaigns:
o Plan and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.
o Continuously monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and refine audience targeting.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Utilise Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising platform dashboards.
o Interpret user behaviour insights to enhance user journeys and boost conversion rates.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with content, design, sales, and support teams to ensure coordinated efforts.
o Produce regular analytical reports for senior management (e.g. ROI, CAC, traffic growth).
5. Budget Management & Growth Strategy:
o Allocate advertising budget efficiently across channels with the goal of maximising return on ad spend (ROAS).
o Identify new opportunities to drive enrolment and expand brand presence (A/B testing, creative campaigns, tapping into new markets).
6. Oversee Referral Programmes & Audience Acquisition:
o Contribute to designing effective referral incentives, measure their impact, and propose improvements.
Requirements & Skills
1. Professional Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years’ proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in setting up and managing online ad campaigns.
2. Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
o Familiarity with SEO principles (on-page/off-page) and web analytics basics.
3. Analytical & Reporting Skills:
o Ability to interpret metrics and KPIs (CPL, CAC, LTV, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
o Experience in creating periodic (weekly/monthly) reports for senior stakeholders.
4. Soft Skills:
o Strong leadership and team coordination abilities; adept at prioritising tasks.
o Creative thinking in designing growth-focused campaigns, highly results-driven and accountable.
5. Education & Certifications (Preferred):
o A degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
o Google Ads Certification or similar recognised digital marketing qualifications.
