Social Media & Events Marketing Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media & Events Marketing Manager to own and scale our social media presence and event marketing initiatives focused on the US market.
This role is critical in driving brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth for our B2B SaaS product.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic marketing expertise, creativity, execution excellence, and data-driven decision-making, with proven experience in B2B SaaS social media marketing and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute a complete B2B social media strategy aligned with business goals and demand generation objectives.
Own end-to-end content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant B2B channels.
Create engaging content including:
Product updates
Customer stories & case studies
Thought leadership content
Employer branding
Event promotions
Campaign announcements
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity, trends, and audience behavior to optimize strategy.
Manage community engagement including comments, direct messages, and brand reputation.
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, and MQL influence, and share insights with stakeholders.
Event Marketing (Virtual & In-Person)
Plan and execute high-impact B2B events including:
Trade shows
Industry conferences
Webinars
Customer roundtables
Roadshows
Partner events
Manage complete event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to maximize lead generation and pipeline impact.
Manage vendor relationships, sponsorship discussions, booth planning, event collateral, and negotiations.
Lead event promotion through social media, email, website, and paid campaigns.
Track and report event metrics such as registrations, attendance, leads generated, and revenue influenced.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong expertise in social media and event marketing.
Proven experience managing US-focused marketing campaigns and events.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, and ABM strategies.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as:
HubSpot / Marketo
Salesforce
Hootsuite / Sprout Social
Google Analytics
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Event/webinar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
