Reporting to: VP of Demand Generation & Revenue Strategy
A leading revenue intelligence platform is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead customer marketing initiatives and drive lifecycle engagement across its B2B SaaS portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in product-led growth, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to elevate brand visibility, accelerate product adoption, and fuel revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the marketing strategy aligned with company OKRs and revenue goals.
- Design and execute customer marketing programs (NPS, referrals, testimonials, reviews, case studies).
- Lead lifecycle campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption.
Team Management
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team across demand gen, content, and design.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
- Promote Canva templates and other design tools to streamline content production.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, webinars, content).
- Optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation.
- Manage CRM integrations to support customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Lead initiatives to capture and showcase customer success stories.
- Translate technical features into compelling customer benefits across MarCom assets.
Analytics & Optimization
- Define and track KPIs across all campaigns and channels.
- Analyze performance data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficiency across tools and platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 11–15 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including strategic GTM planning and ABM.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proven success in customer marketing, lifecycle engagement, and sales enablement.
- Expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, D365, Zoho.
- Strong storytelling skills and experience crafting content across formats (whitepapers, decks, blogs, battle cards).
- Analytical mindset with experience in SEO, SEM, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and remote environments.
- Passion for brand building, customer success, and data-driven marketing.

- Hands-on exposure to product management and roadmap planning.
