Location: Telework, but report to Clarksburg, WV as needed by client.

Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance

The Data Science SME shall possess at least twelve (12) years of experience with data analysis and development of data sets for functional and performance analytics; turning data into value for IT solutions; creating data visualizations to communicate IT findings which enhance business functions.

NGI Value Stream

The Data Science SME(s) Supporting The Next Generation Identification (NGI) Value Stream Shall Possess At Least Twelve (12) Years Of The Following Experience

• Solution architecture for multi-system projects including defining biometric and/or biographic data solutions;
• Activity and data modeling;
• Developing modern business methods, identifying and implement best business practices;
• Creating and assessing performance measurements;
• Applying process improvements and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects;
• Consulting on technology decisions as part of a business’ strategic goals.
• Providing high-level solution expertise specific to biometric and/or biographic capabilities to managers and technical staff.
• Developing business solution products and deliverables for NGI and operational business lines.
• Developing NGI strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support the strategy.
• Advising on the selection of technical purchases such as processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.
