Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market initiatives for i2c’s suite of debit, credit, prepaid, and core banking products. This role is pivotal in shaping product positioning, defining target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and driving integrated marketing plans that fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, leverage competitive insights, and measure performance to ensure consistent and impactful product representation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, Research, Planning & Reporting
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, including audience segmentation, product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Engagement, and Marketing teams to build outcome-driven GTM plans and roadmaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our banking and payment solutions, translating insights into differentiated value propositions and market-facing materials.
- Monitor and report performance using relevant KPIs and metrics to inform strategy and ensure accountability.
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Lead the development of product-centric content that communicates value and benefits, including messaging frameworks, sales tools, case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, and more.
- Integrate product themes into lead generation campaigns to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure consistent product positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in fintech, payments, or BaaS environments, with a focus on banking and credit union segments.
- Deep expertise in B2B and B2B2C issuing, including debit, credit, prepaid, and core banking products.
- Proven ability to distill complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Track record of developing differentiated marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
