Company : Better It for Less

IT For Less is hiring a Marketing & Creative Manager who owns brand, creative direction and demand generation for a managed IT services (MSP) business. This is a hands-on leadership role: you set the strategy, direct the creative, run the channels and prove the return.

You will understand how MSPs sell and what IT buyers worry about (security, uptime, cost, compliance), and turn technical services into clear, credible messaging. You stay ahead of marketing trends, from AI-assisted content and AI-driven search to short-form video and account-based marketing and know which are worth testing and which are noise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Can design and execute Go to Market Campaigns.
  • Own the annual marketing strategy, campaign plans, content calendar and budget, tied to lead and revenue goals.
  • Define personas and positioning for core MSP services: managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery.
  • Set and protect the IT For Less brand across the website, social, email, decks and proposals, directing designers, writers, freelancers and agencies.
  • Oversee blogs, case studies, one-pagers, video and presentations, turning technical input from engineers into clear, buyer-friendly content.
  • Run SEO, website optimization, LinkedIn and social, email automation, and paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Build lead programs such as account-based marketing and free security or IT health checks, and work with sales on lead quality, pitch decks and proposals.
  • Plan webinars, local events, reviews and referral programs, plus vendor and partner co-marketing (e.g. Microsoft programs).
  • Track KPIs (traffic, leads, cost per lead, pipeline influenced, ROI), report monthly with clear recommendations, and run A/B tests.
  • Monitor competitors, the MSP market, technology training and marketing trends, and use AI tools and automation to work faster, with human review for accuracy and brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an MSP, IT services, SaaS or technology, including leading creative work, campaigns or people.
  • Working knowledge of MSP services and how they are sold: managed services, cybersecurity, cloud and Microsoft 365, backup and compliance basics.
  • Strong skills in SEO, content, paid ads, email automation, social media and website management, with proven analytics and reporting experience.
  • Excellent writing, creative direction, project management and communication skills, and the curiosity to keep up with marketing and AI trends.

Nice to have: MSP or vendor co-marketing experience, video editing, account-based marketing, CRM and basic WordPress or HTML.

Preferred Tools & Platforms

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio
  • SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms
  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager
  • Email Marketing: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Lemlist, or similar platforms
  • Design & Content: Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Social Media: WeConnect, HubSpot
  • AI & Productivity: ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered marketing and productivity tools
