About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to help bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life across multiple markets. In this role, you will adapt and localize campaign creatives across a variety of formats and channels, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency while supporting fast-moving marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with creative, social, and marketing teams, with opportunities to contribute ideas and leverage emerging AI tools to enhance design workflows and creative production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Adaptation & Localization: Adapt approved campaign creatives and key visuals into multiple formats, sizes, and market-specific versions across digital and offline channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Design and produce visual assets for social media, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Multi-Market Campaign Support: Localize and version creative assets efficiently and accurately to support marketing campaigns across different regions and audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, social media, marketing, and regional stakeholders to ensure design deliverables align with campaign objectives and market requirements.
  • AI-Enabled Design Workflows: Utilize AI-powered design and productivity tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support creative asset production.
  • Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Experience adapting creative assets across multiple formats, platforms, and channels, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of visual design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, composition, and brand systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and an interest in leveraging new technologies to improve creative workflows and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is required to collaborate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and support creative asset adaptation for Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for creating engaging visual experiences.
