Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $692.00 to $865.00 per month

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and manage leadership’s priorities by maintaining detailed to-do lists, scheduling appointments, organizing WhatsApp task reminders, and ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
- Attend or listen to meetings (live or recorded) and compile action items, notes, and summaries.
- Handle clerical tasks such as order entry, vendor communication, basic document preparation, and assisting with permit or filing submissions after initial guidance.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers via phone and email to follow up, confirm, or cancel orders as needed.
- Draft and send professional email communications on behalf of the team.
- Update internal records by inputting data into Excel sheets and maintaining task lists.
Who You'll Work With:
Work closely with the founding partners of a high-speed real estate and construction company. You’ll play a critical role in supporting both day-to-day administrative operations and high-level project coordination.

- Clear Communicator: Handles phone calls and emails professionally when dealing with vendors and service providers.
- Note-Taking Savvy: Can take clear, actionable notes during meetings or from call recordings, identifying next steps.
- Excel Proficient: Comfortable with basic spreadsheet tasks such as data entry (advanced formulas not required).
- Experience Required: General work experience is required.
