Marketing Associate

Hypernest is the Web3 accelerator with an innovative governance and consensus mechanism built on Colony. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with experience in Marketing for SMEs and a solid understanding of blockchain technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multichannel strategy to grow the brand equity of our accelerator
• Ideate and launch initiatives to boost startup acquisition, like email marketing, outreach, content marketing, etc.
• Expand our community with a special focus on increasing its participation, in particular in our community channels and Discord.
• Bring forward the running initiatives in our pipeline (e.g., Twitter Space, Co-marketing, etc.)
• Collaborate with team members and external contractors to structure, produce, and launch our marketing activities
• Build strategic partnerships for the benefit of our Accelerator and our startups
• Support our community members who want to participate in our marketing activities, receiving payment in our native tokens

Functional Skills Required:

• Min 3 years of experience in developing and executing multi-touchpoint Marketing strategies with a focus on Social Media Marketing
• Content creation skills in the area of Web3
• Demonstrated expertise in growing communities organically as well as using growth hacking strategies
• Min 1 year of experience in marketing for the crypto space with provable achievements
• At least 1 year of experience in paid advertising, having measurable results. It is preferable if it were for complex industries (e.g., blockchain, gambling, adult entertainment, etc.) due to the challenge of running ads for Web3 companies.
• Capability of using analytics software to monitor, study, and improve our marketing initiatives (e.g. Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc)
• Skilled and keen on using automation tools to streamline processes and maximize our impact (e.g. Zappier, HubSpot, Make.com, IFTT, etc)
