We are seeking 4 mid-level Golang engineers with around 5 years of experience to join our client's project. The engineers will work on various development tasks, including AI component development, enhancing the healthcare platform's capabilities, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for innovation in the healthtech sector.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and operate domain-driven backend systems at scale using Golang.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain various components of the platform, including AI integrations.
• Utilize Python to develop and enhance AI components.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Automate processes to enable smooth and efficient platform operations.
• Participate in an agile environment, using methodologies such as kanban and hybrid systems.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with curious teammates.

Your background and skills will include:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Golang.
• Comfortable working with Python, especially for AI components.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, and a willingness to transition to Azure).
• Demonstrated experience working as part of a cohesive engineering team.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to automation and continuous delivery practices.
