Role Description :

The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will assist in creating visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print collateral under the guidance of senior designers and the creative team. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, designing logos and icons, selecting typography, preparing files for digital and print, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to translate brand concepts into clear, engaging visuals. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, refining designs based on feedback, and staying current with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Capability in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive brand identities and visual systems..
• Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand-focused design.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interested in Ai for design, and evolving design trends is an advantage.
