Role Overview
- As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead projects from discovery to delivery, shaping product experiences that are visually stunning and deeply user-focused. You’ll define interface patterns, set design direction, and implement modern trends like glassmorphism, ensuring each interaction feels clean, modern, and meaningful.
- This is not just a design role—it’s a leadership opportunity for those ready to take the next step in owning design systems, mentoring talent, and influencing product decisions at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the UX/UI strategy for one or more key products.
- Create modern interfaces with depth and dimensionality using glassmorphism shadows, and advanced visual techniques.
- Conduct and lead user research, journey mapping, and wireframing activities.
- Translate complex problems into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and fellow Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Organize and lead design critiques, workshops, and reviews.
- Contribute to A/B testing and data-driven design optimizations.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture and growth.

Requirements
- 6+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and visual innovation.
- Proven design leadership or mentorship experience.
- Expert in Figma, component systems, design thinking, and atomic design.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards, mobile design patterns, and usability principles.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
Working Hours & Time Zones
- Flexible hours with Time zone in India (GMT+5:30)n. Full remote with optional office days in select cities.
