About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to the Founder who can seamlessly operate across business, technology, and execution. This is not a traditional EA role — you’ll act as the Founder’s right hand, managing operations, bridging Sales & Tech teams, and supporting key projects across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling, meetings, and executive communications.

• Coordinate between Sales and Tech teams to ensure smooth collaboration and project alignment.

• Support international operations — manage partner/vendor relations and global communications.

• Drive special projects such as investor decks, reports, and operational initiatives.

• Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting founders, CXOs, or in a chief-of-staff/executive operations role.

• Proven experience in start ups, tech environments, or global businesses.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or similar tools.

• Comfortable handling international operations and working in a fast-paced setup.
