Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI & LLMs

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to join our growing AI engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, diffusion models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — turning complex business problems into real-world AI innovations.

You’ll collaborate with C-level stakeholders, researchers, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deploy scalable AI solutions that redefine data intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, training, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models for real-world applications.

• Implement Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and HuggingFace.

• Develop and optimize LLMs and multi-agent architectures for reasoning, retrieval, and decision automation.

• Apply statistical modeling and classical ML (XGBoost, CatBoost, clustering, regression, time series).

• Design and fine-tune diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, DreamBooth).

• Work on RAG implementations integrated with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).

• Implement MLOps best practices using MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Optimize model performance using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, and advanced quantization/pruning techniques.

• Deploy AI workloads on Azure AI/ML stack and integrate observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3.5–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Deep Learning.

• Proven experience taking models from PoC → Production → Monitoring.

• Strong expertise in Python, advanced data structures, async & multiprocessing.

• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems, including fine-tuning and context engineering.

• Knowledge of MLOps, container orchestration, and scalable deployment.

• Deep understanding of ML/DL theory (optimization, loss functions, architectures).

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with C-level executives.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) or Graph RAG frameworks.

• Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Llama3, or Falcon models
