Requirements
Minimum of 1+ years experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
Experienced in taking high call volumes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone and persuasive messaging
Familiarity with modern outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar
Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to prospecting and pipeline building
Prior experience working with companies in industries like:
Digital marketing agencies
MarTech, Tech or SaaS platforms
Creative services or advertising
B2B professional services or tech startups
