Tech Lead / Principal Engineer

A fast growing Healthcare Technology company is looking to bring on a Principal Software Engineer / Technical Lead to their technology team. The CTO is essentially looking for a "right hand" to drive modernization through their product suite and looking for a seasoned Engineer to help lead these efforts.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the refactoring and re-architecture their existing system into new technologies
-Set technical direction for the team and act as the SME for any technical related issues
-Establish best practices, code reviews, and overall engineering processes for the team
-Lead the design & architecture and contribute to code

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
-10+ years of professional experience in the software space
-3+ years of experience working as a Principal, Staff or, Lead capacity
-Extensive experience in the Microsoft Stack (.NET Framework/Core, C#, SQL)
-Cloud experience - AWS preferred along with CI/CD, Containers, etc.
-Exposure to Python or AI technologies is a plus
-Experience modernizing legacy systems
-Healthcare experience is a plus, but not a firm requirement
