Role Overview
We are looking for a senior AdTech / MarTech Product Strategy Leader to drive the evolution and adoption of large-scale advertising platforms powered by first-party data.
This role focuses on building and scaling data-driven marketing platforms, including data management (DMP/CDP), audience targeting, campaign measurement, and attribution solutions, to support business growth and marketing effectiveness.
You will work at the intersection of product, data, and advertising, defining platform strategy, improving advertiser outcomes, and enabling internal teams to leverage advanced marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AdTech Platform Strategy
- Define and execute strategy for internal advertising platforms (e.g., DMP, CDP, tracking, attribution systems)
- Develop roadmaps to enhance audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance optimization
- Drive adoption of data-driven marketing solutions across business units
Data & Marketing Use Cases
- Leverage first-party customer data (user IDs, behavioral data, transaction data) to improve targeting and personalization
- Design solutions for:
- campaign measurement & attribution
- audience creation & segmentation
- cross-channel marketing optimization
- Enable better ROI and LTV optimization for marketing activities
Business Consulting (Internal AdTech Advisory)
- Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to solve growth challenges using AdTech platforms
- Advise stakeholders on:
- campaign strategy
- data utilization
- marketing effectiveness
- Translate business needs into scalable platform solutions
Product & Platform Development
- Work with engineering teams to define features for:
- data pipelines
- tracking systems
- reporting dashboards
- Provide input into platform evolution (e.g., real-time bidding, targeting logic, measurement frameworks)
Program Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning:
- marketing
- data teams
- product & engineering
- Manage complex rollouts of platform capabilities across multiple business units
Industry & Market Intelligence
- Stay up to date with trends in:
- AdTech (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs)
- privacy regulations (cookie-less, IDFA, etc.)
- AI/ML in advertising optimization
- Benchmark against major platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon Ads)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising platforms
- Strong experience in product management or product strategy for marketing/data platforms
- Deep understanding of:
- DMP / CDP / DSP ecosystems
- audience targeting and segmentation
- attribution and campaign measurement
- Experience working with data-driven marketing (first-party data, behavioral data, analytics)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at:
- AdTech companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, etc.)
- Marketing platforms or SaaS providers
- Digital agencies with platform exposure
- Experience with:
- SQL / data analysis
