At Huumans, we’re building a human-centered financial platform that helps small businesses gain real-time clarity, confidence, and control. We’re looking for a hybrid UX/UI Designer + Front-End Developer who can bring design systems, user journeys, and product interfaces to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, modern interfaces for our web and mobile applications that simplify complex financial workflows.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate business goals into delightful, user-focused designs.
• Prototype and test new product features in Figma (and other design tools), incorporating user feedback into refinements.
• Implement and optimize front-end components using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue).
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of design, performance, and accessibility.
• Contribute to branding and visual identity, influencing how Huumans shows up across web, product, and marketing.
• Support marketing and communications with visual content for presentations, landing pages, and campaigns.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with hands-on front-end development skills.
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) with a portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and clean, functional design.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Next.js.
• A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in SaaS or fintech products is a major plus.
• Strong collaboration skills, you’re comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and founders directly.
• A passion for user empathy, detail, and building experiences that truly make users’ lives easier.
