HUSNOVA is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale our domestic & international affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Domestic & International affiliate campaigns
• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates & publishers
• Develop strong relationships with advertisers and publishers
• Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, conversions & ROI
• Manage offers, tracking, payouts and campaign reporting
• Scale high-performing campaigns and partners
• Coordinate with advertisers, publishers and internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on Affiliate Marketing experience
• Experience managing Domestic & International campaigns
• Strong practical knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPR, CPI & CPS campaigns
• Experience in affiliate/publisher acquisition & management
• Good understanding of affiliate networks and tracking platforms
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
