We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on growth marketing leader who is deeply fluent in DTC marketing, digital performance channels, and ecommerce optimization. This role is ideal for someone who has helped spotlight brands scale sustainably—while maintaining brand authenticity and consumer trust. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across paid media, email, social, and web. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the executive team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the growth marketing roadmap across all digital channels: paid media, search, social, email/SMS, SEO, affiliate, and web.
- Optimize the ecommerce funnel, increasing site conversion, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
- Scale paid media efforts (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and blended efficiency.
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies via Klaviyo or similar platforms to drive retention and loyalty.
- Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the site and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, operations, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives and brand values.
- Partner with agencies and freelancers as needed to scale efforts effectively.
- Use data and analytics (GA4, Shopify, post-purchase surveys) to drive insights and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of DTC/B2C growth marketing and ecommerce experience, ideally in health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or CPG.
- Proven track record scaling digital consumer brands with 7- to 9-figure revenue growth.
- Deep channel expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Email/SMS (Klaviyo), and Shopify.
- Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision making and reporting.
- Strong understanding of wellness/lifestyle audiences— and the importance of trust, education, and credibility in purchasing decisions.
- Entrepreneurial energy and the ability to lead in a fast-moving, agile environment.
- Experience with affiliate/partner marketing, influencer seeding, and UGC a strong plus.
