Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. You will own and evolve the visual expression of Hummus Republic across digital, print, and in-store touchpoints, working closely with marketing and leadership to bring the brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the visual identity across digital, print, and in-store experiences
- Design high-quality assets across campaigns, paid media, social, packaging, menus, signage, OOH, and brand collateral
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems, including typography, color, layout, imagery, and motion
- Act as a creative partner with a strong point of view, contributing to design direction and decision-making
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and uphold brand standards as the company scales
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and franchise teams to align creative with business goals
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of graphic design experience (brand, agency, or consumer-facing)
- Strong portfolio across digital, print, and brand systems
- Ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual design
- High attention to detail with strong taste and modern design sensibility
- Experience designing for campaigns, social, packaging, and in-store materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a plus)
- Experience with AI image and video creation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
