What we're looking for: We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Humata’s digital growth initiatives. In this role you will manage and optimize Humata’s paid media, SEO, website, and email automation, own marketing performance metrics and drive data-backed growth strategies, and partner closely with Content and Product teams to maximize the impact of campaigns.

What you’ll do**
Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels.
Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI and cost per lead (CPL) efficiency.
Test creative variations, messaging, and audience targeting strategies.
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns for mid-funnel engagement.
SEO Strategy and Execution
Own Humata’s SEO strategy to grow organic search traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page SEO for blogs, landing pages, and website
content.
Collaborate with Content Manager to align content strategy with SEO goals.
Monitor SEO performance (rankings, backlinks, domain authority) and adjust strategy accordingly
Website Management and Optimization
Manage the company website, ensuring optimal UX, mobile responsiveness, and conversion
rates.
Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, webinars, and gated content.
Collaborate with design resources to refresh web visuals as needed.
Conduct A/B tests to improve lead generation and user engagement.
Email Marketing and Automation
Build and execute email nurture campaigns, newsletters, webinar invites, and launch
announcements.
Manage HubSpot (or similar CRM) to segment lists, build workflows, and measure engagement.
Support ABM initiatives through targeted email and retargeting campaigns.
Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization
Own marketing analytics dashboards — website traffic, MQLs, CAC, campaign ROI, lead source
tracking.
Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
Constantly optimize marketing activities based on data-driven learnings.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Advanced Campaigns
Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts using personalized content and
retargeting.
Collaborate with Sales to align marketing activities with high-value opportunities.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on paid media and SEO
Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
Experience optimizing campaigns for B2B lead generation and improving cost per lead
Strong analytical skills with ability to build and maintain marketing dashboards
Working knowledge of website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
Experience with email marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
Familiarity with ABM strategies and tactics
Healthcare industry experience a plus but not required
Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a remote environment
