Humana’s Marketing organization is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join the Medicaid Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US. We are looking for someone who can successfully develop member and provider focused, multi-channel targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that meet or exceed identified KPIs within a collaborative cross-functional team.
The Product Marketing Lead role requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders, market leaders, and across teams of managers, professionals and analysts. In this role, you will work closely with your leader, peers and diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to craft integrated marketing strategies, provide trusted counsel on target audience insights, experience design, activation strategies and annual planning to business partners. Additionally, you will develop data-driven strategies to meet business objectives, lead the core team through flawless execution, and measure success and report out learnings and insights, to continuously improve on the strategy.
Key Role Functions
The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a strong bias for results who has a highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse internal and external stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes. They will be self-managing and disciplined while possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a fluid environment and a large and complex organizational structure. Being extremely comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change with the ability to pivot and gain traction with limited clarity is critical in being successful in this role.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
