We’re currently expanding our core engineering team and looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s excited to lead full-stack development, mentor rising talent, and build impactful solutions at startup speed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and build end-to-end scalable web/mobile applications for global clients
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and founders on shaping core products
• Architect and maintain backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Implement modern front-end interfaces that are fast, responsive, and beautiful
• Integrate AI and automation tools (ChatGPT Pro, GitHub Copilot, etc.) into the dev flow
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and clean documentation
• Guide junior engineers and contribute to internal best practices

Our Stack (you should know most of these)

• Frontend: React, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind, Figma, Webflow
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Django, Express, REST, GraphQL
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, LLM APIs
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, ML integrations, or full-stack PoCs

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, API design, and scalable systems
• Experience with React/Vue on the frontend and Node.js/Python/Django on the backend
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities
• Located in Sri Lanka, available to work with global time zones

Bonus Points

• Experience working with early-stage startups or building MVPs
• Ability to design PoCs and prototypes in fast cycles (72-hour sprints)
• Familiarity with AI-augmented development workflows
• Exposure to product-led development or customer-first teams
