Middle UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for SaaS & Enterprise grade digital products, while providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Lead design initiatives while collaborating with and supervising junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the design solution meets business and user requirements.
• Test and validate design solutions through user testing, data analysis, and critical thinking.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse and sophisticated work experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Advanced skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and reviewing their work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and reviewing their work is a big plus.
