Position Overview:
As a Modern Marketing Leader at HubSync, you will spearhead our account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, leverage generative engineering optimization techniques, and lead innovative marketing campaigns tailored specifically for startup growth. You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that produce measurable revenue, increase brand recognition, and foster strong customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts to maximize revenue and deepen customer relationships
- Integrate generative engineering optimization techniques into marketing campaigns to enhance personalization, targeting, and engagement
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and product development
- Utilize tools such as F to analyze customer data, improve targeting, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Drive revenue growth through innovative, scalable digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Utilize analytics and marketing automation tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision making
- Stay informed of emerging marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, applying them to maintain HubSync’s competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM strategies and a track record of generating revenue
- Deep understanding of generative engineering, AI, or optimization techniques and their applications in marketing
- Experience with Compile and Prepensity tools for data analysis and campaign optimization
- Experience working in startup environments, demonstrating agility, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
