Objectives of This Role:
- Convert prospects into paying customers through targeted product marketing campaigns.
- Improve the product's monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and reduce churn rates.
- Enhance user engagement and content output aligned with Hubmee’s brand values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the company's mission and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Product) and external partners to achieve marketing goals.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of all product marketing content.
- Manage product marketing timelines, budgets, and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Champion Hubmee's product narrative across all platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Educate team members across departments on product positioning and updates.
- Evaluate and implement effective monetization strategies, refining marketing funnels to accelerate growth.
- Implement innovative growth hacking techniques for enhanced user acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct competitive analysis and ongoing market research to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
How We Envision Our Future Team Member
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the IT sector, preferably with B2C products.
- Proven track record in the US market.
- Hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and performance analytics.
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools and metrics (SEO, SMM, PPC, CPM, CTR, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing campaigns based on market trends and product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to utilize data in decision-making, A/B testing, and market research.
- Proactive, ownership-driven professional who thrives on independence and is adept at managing multiple tasks.
