Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will be responsible for creating and executing regional marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, improve brand awareness, and support sales enablement—all from our India base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regional Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a regional marketing plan for MEA aligned with sales goals and business objectives.
• Demand Generation
Launch digital campaigns (paid search, social, email, and content) to generate and nurture leads in the MEA region.
• Localisation & Positioning
Adapt global messaging and content for cultural and language relevance; collaborate with partners and agencies for localization.
• Content Creation & Management
Develop region-specific case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, email sequences, and blog posts in collaboration with content teams.
• Event Marketing & Partnerships
Support virtual and on-ground events, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives targeting MEA markets.
• Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc., and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure aligned efforts and consistent messaging.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (preferably in tech or no-code/low-code platforms)
• Proven experience in regional marketing for MEA or international markets
• Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Strong content marketing and demand generation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently from Bangalore preferred
