Product Designer

At Hubbl, we're redefining how Salesforce users manage complexity and scale confidently. We're on the hunt for a Product Designer who thrives on turning insights into elegant, user-centric designs that are as beautiful as they are functional. You'll work cross-functionally to design the next generation of Hubbl Diagnostics and Process Analytics experiences - tools that are already transforming how leading organizations make decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process across multiple products, from discovery to final polish
• Design intuitive interfaces for data-rich platforms - think dashboards, analytics and admin tooling
• Define methods for measuring the effectiveness of design solutions, using metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, task completion rates and user satisfaction scores
• Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling UX strategies
• Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes that guide development
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define features that blend usability and innovation
• Refine and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure a unified user experience
• Champion data storytelling by transforming complex information into meaningful visualizations
• Advocate for PLG (product led growth) design patterns and seamless onboarding experiences

Experience and Education:

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with heavy-data platforms
• Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
• Proven experience in data visualization, information architectures, and/or analytics products
• Extensive experience designing complex web applications and responsive web interfaces for various devices
• Comfort working in an agile environment with a bias toward iteration and experimentation
• Experience designing for AppExchange or Salesforce-native application (Bonus)
