Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer who can combine strong UX thinking with exceptional UI and product design skills.

You will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital products and platforms, working closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and clients to transform business and user requirements into effective product experiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning the design process end-to-end—from research and problem definition to user flows, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for digital products and platforms.
• Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals to define effective design solutions.
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity, responsive UI designs and intuitive interaction patterns.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns.
• Simplify complex workflows and technology products into intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design quality
• Analyze feedback and product insights to continuously improve the user experience.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and UX case studies.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or B2B products.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into practical product experiences.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
• Experience taking products from discovery and wireframing through final design and developer handoff.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong experience with prototyping and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development workflows.
• Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product-development platforms is preferred.
