Role Overview
As B2B Marketing Program Manager, you will lead a suite of high-impact B2B marketing programs geared toward business customers (not just consumers). You will coordinate with internal strategy, content, operations teams, external agencies/partners, and the client’s US-based stakeholders. Your mission: ensure programs launch on time, hit target metrics, operate smoothly, and continuously improve. Strong operational mindset, excellent communications, and ability to work in US hours are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of B2B marketing programs: define scope, objectives, KPIs, timeline, resourcing, and delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs – for different clients/offerings – ensuring each is on track, within scope, and delivering expected outcomes.
- Implement and maintain robust operational frameworks: intake process, workflows, approval gates, program tracking, risk/issue management, resource allocation.
- Monitor program performance: track KPIs (pipeline generated, leads, conversion rates, engagement metrics, cost per acquisition, ROI), analyse data for insights and recommend optimisations.
- Drive continuous improvement: identify process bottlenecks, propose and implement automation/enhancement of workflows, improve efficiency and quality of delivery.
- Ensure alignment with US business hours: participate in calls/meetings with US-based clients, adjust workflow accordingly.
- Serve as the operations & delivery champion in the B2B marketing practice at HSV.digital - drive best-practice sharing across programs, help build the template, tools and playbooks.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience (6-7 years) in B2B marketing program management, marketing operations environment, ideally supporting US/ global business audiences.
- Experience with marketing technology/operations tools (e.g., marketing automation, dashboards, program management).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing concepts: full marketing funnel in B2B context.
- Demonstrable success managing end-to-end marketing programs (planning → execution → measurement) in a B2B / enterprise setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills: experience using data and metrics to drive program performance improvements - e.g., clear insights, optimisation, actionable conclusions.
- Experience in technology / SaaS / SMB & enterprise marketing.
- Experience building or scaling marketing operations, playbooks, templates, frameworks within a B2B organisation.
- Experience with vendors/agency partners management.
- Experience in US market (or servicing US clients) and understanding of US business culture.
- Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and products would be desirable but not necessary
