Our client, a fast-growing startup in the AI and creator economy space, is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is fluent in both Arabic and English. This is a fully remote role, focused on building a LinkedIn-first presence while driving impact across multiple social platforms.

This is a great opportunity that combines strategic thinking, copywriting expertise, and data-driven execution to build brand authority and elevate leadership voices online.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Leadership: Design and execute a content strategy that positions the brand as a thought leader in AI, marketing, and the creator economy.
  • Executive Branding: Ghostwrite for founders and shape their professional presence with authentic, credible content.
  • Bilingual Storytelling: Create high-quality copy in both Arabic and English, simplifying complex ideas into engaging posts.
  • Social Channel Management: Oversee presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Snapchat. Manage content calendars, adapt campaign assets, and ensure consistent tone of voice.
  • Performance Insights: Define KPIs, track analytics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the in-house authority on LinkedIn strategy and brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across markets and cultural contexts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has a proven background in building and managing social strategies, particularly with strong results on LinkedIn.
  • Skilled in shaping executive voices and producing high-impact content.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate seamlessly across languages.
  • Comfortable defining success metrics, reviewing performance data, and turning insights into clear next steps.
  • Communicates effectively with senior stakeholders, aligning multiple perspectives into a cohesive brand presence.
  • Has experience with creator-driven marketing or collaborations with influencers/UGC as an added advantage.
