HRS International is looking for an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales and Marketing EMEA region to drive our sales and marketing strategy and elevate our presence in the hospitality technology industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of the existing HRS sales and marketing organization in EMEA region.
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire sales talent.
- Providing comprehensive training to new sales executives, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills.
- Setting sales targets and performance expectations for the sales team and tracking and analyzing their progress against these goals.
- Providing ongoing coaching and feedback for sales executives to ensure continuous improvement in their performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Creating a positive and motivating team culture that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Marketing, attract new customers, business development in EMEA region.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key accounts in the Hotel, F&B, Spa industries.
- Market research, development, EMEA region Sales and Marketing strategy definition and implementation.
- Ensure the achievement of the sales targets.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or in a similar senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the technology and hospitality sectors.
- A track record of success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience managing sales and marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
