Product Designer (UX/UI) - Remote from Egypt

Job Role:

Seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who thrives at the intersection of design, user psychology, and digital product strategy. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, researchers, and marketing to shape the future of our digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity UI design.
• Translate product strategy and user needs into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in tech or digital product environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI design across different platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Excellence in design using adobe applications
• Excellence in animated video making
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG) principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
• Motion/interaction design experience is a bonus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Work Mode: Full Time Remote from Egypt
• Experience: 5 Years or above
• Timings: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM
