We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our marketing campaigns, support business development initiatives, and strengthen our brand presence.

The Marketing Operations Manager will:
- Lead and project manage HR Kickstart’s marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to support lead generation, brand visibility, and business development.
- Coordinate vendors and team to meet deadlines
- Ensure that our company is seen in the best light, own website and channel QA (pages live, links functional, brand consistency).”
- Maintain metrics and track performance of campaigns and vendor partnerships to ensure measurable results.
This is a contract, part-time, remote position, starting with 5-10 hours a week, working directly with the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environment with professional services companies, with at least 3 years managing projects, timelines, and vendors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, including email campaigns, list building, landing pages, PPC, and conversion strategies.
- Experience managing marketing ops tools such as Hubspot and Clickfunnel.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, agencies, or partners to execute marketing strategies.

- Organized and able to keep projects and people on schedule. Hands-on project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- You have managed digital marketing funnels, including email campaigns, list building, landing pages, PPC, and conversion strategies.
- You bring structure and follow up to projects and you recognize that priorities can change and can/are willing to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional presence.
- Proficient with google suite of products and comfortable using and learning new technology.
- Results-focused and motivated by learning and testing new marketing strategies.
- Strong collaborator and team player who builds positive working relationships with colleagues and partners.
Pay Range: $65-$80/hour
