Company Description
Howl Marketing is a content-first marketing agency that builds long-term visibility and client pipelines for businesses across industries. We don't chase vanity metrics — we create strategic content ecosystems that position our clients as authorities, attract their ideal customers, and compound over time. Our work spans content strategy, SEO, LinkedIn, email, CRM architecture, and AI-integrated workflows, and we're growing fast.
Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the execution layer of our agency — someone who can take client strategies off the whiteboard and turn them into campaigns that actually run. This is a contract, remote role for someone who thrives with ownership, works well without hand-holding, and genuinely cares about client outcomes.
You'll manage marketing operations across multiple client accounts, oversee content and campaign execution, keep CRM workflows moving, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client deliverables. You won't just be managing tasks — you'll be identifying opportunities, flagging gaps, and bringing ideas to the table.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day execution of content, email, social, and campaign strategies across client accounts
- CRM management and lead nurturing workflows (we work with GoHighLevel and custom-built tools)
- Marketing performance reporting — pulling insights, not just numbers
- Coordination of writers, designers, and other contractors to keep deliverables on track
- Client communication and relationship management alongside agency leadership
- Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and flagging them proactively
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in digital, content, or B2B marketing — agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or accounts simultaneously without dropping balls
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (GoHighLevel a plus)
- Strong grasp of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and LinkedIn marketing
- Someone who writes and communicates clearly — this matters a lot here
- Data-comfortable: you know how to read performance metrics and adjust accordingly
- Self-directed and organized; you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track
- Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context is a real plus
- A degree in marketing or business is fine, but we care far more about your track record than your credentials.
