Lead Designer

The role

We're looking for a Design Lead who can think beyond execution. Someone who has led teams, built brands, solved creative challenges, and knows how to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative direction across digital, social, branding, and integrated campaigns.
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts, campaign ideas, and compelling brand stories.
• Review, refine, and elevate creative output, ensuring every deliverable meets high creative and brand standards.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire designers through regular feedback, creative reviews, and career development.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity, quality, timelines, and business objectives.
• Present ideas confidently to clients, lead creative discussions, and turn feedback into stronger solutions.
• Solve creative and operational challenges by improving workflows, introducing better processes, and driving creative excellence.
• Contribute to pitches, new business opportunities, and key client presentations.
• Stay ahead of design trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and AI tools to continuously evolve the team's creative capabilities.

What we're looking for

• 6-7 years of experience in a digital or creative agency, with experience leading creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, conceptual thinking, and digital-first work.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity with Figma and modern AI-powered creative tools.
• Experience managing multiple brands and projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who enjoys mentoring teams, challenging ideas, and building a collaborative creative culture.
• A curious leader who takes ownership, embraces new technologies, and is always looking for better ways to create impactful work.
