About Alejandra Leibovich

Alejandra Leibovich is an author, designer, musician, and entrepreneur whose work has been showcased at Miami Art Basel, MOCA, and San Diego Comic-Con. She is the co-founder of How to Manage Enterprises, an INC 5000 fastest-growing company, and her career includes award-winning creative direction at Nickelodeon, VH1, and MTV. Ale is now expanding her creative work into products that carry her vision, artistry, and storytelling into the hands of her audience.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer who can translate Ale’s art into products that are creative, high quality, and market-ready. This person will work closely with Ale to bring her designs into physical form across categories like apparel, accessories, home goods, and merchandise. The right candidate will be able to balance honoring her creative vision with the technical know-how needed to turn concepts into finished products.

Please note this position will start as a contract role with the possibility of hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt existing artwork and new concepts into designs that are ready for production
  • Develop prototypes, design files, and product specs for vendors and manufacturers
  • Collaborate with Ale on creative direction and product design decisions
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, printers, and production partners
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure consistency with Ale’s brand and art style
  • Research and recommend product categories that align with trends and audience interest
  • Support packaging, labeling, and presentation to create a cohesive brand experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in product design, textile design, or industrial design with a focus on consumer goods, apparel, or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/mockup tools
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production methods
  • Ability to create production-ready and print-ready files
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative collaborator who can contribute ideas while staying aligned with Ale’s vision
