About The Role
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building awareness of and demand for Houzz Pro software among local home building and remodeling communities via highly targeted in-person education and events and also managing a small team of field marketing associates in other markets in the US. Success will be measured by the number of relevant in-person attendees at events you drive and leads generated for Houzz Pro software.

This role has an annual starting salary range of $100,000-$120,000 . In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Houzz. Also, depending on the role, you could be eligible for an equity award. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and specific work location.
