Role Overview

As a Manager, Marketing Analytics, you lead a team of analysts to drive data-informed marketing decisions across the organization. You oversee the development and implementation of marketing analytics strategies that deliver actionable insights and recommendations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, you ensure data is leveraged to optimize campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI. You are responsible for mentoring your team, delivering marketing intelligence solutions, and enabling leadership to make informed, data-backed decisions that accelerate growth and strengthen the company’s market position.

What You Do Each Day

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts to ensure effective delivery of marketing analytics projects.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to understand campaign goals and define data requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing data analysis strategies to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into marketing channels, campaigns, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across marketing analytics reports and processes.
  • Conduct advanced marketing analytics to identify audience trends, channel effectiveness, opportunities for optimization, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, IT, and engineering teams to ensure proper tracking, data collection, storage, and accessibility.
  • Present marketing performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Establish key marketing KPIs (e.g., ROI, CAC, CLV, conversion rates) and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, marketing analytics tools, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with at least 1 year of people leadership experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with marketing intelligence software, customer data platforms (CDPs), and data visualization tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, statistical analysis, data modeling, and campaign performance measurement

_Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $116,000-$145,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
