As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, working directly with the founders, and leading cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of online learning. This is a high-impact leadership position, where data-driven insights will fuel business growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze complex datasets spanning operations, marketing, and finance to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.

✅ Advanced Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets, Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables), Python, Pandas, NumPy, MongoDB, PySpark, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Metabase to efficiently manage, query, and interpret large datasets.

✅ KPI & Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business and marketing initiatives.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, sales, HR, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across all functions.

✅ Executive-Level Influence: Partner directly with founders and senior leadership, playing a critical role in strategic planning and business enablement.

✅ Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Metabase to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

✅ Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate business needs and deliver timely insights to support rapid, well-informed decision-making.

✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality analytical outputs.

🔧 Skills & Expertise

Must-Have Skills:

✔ Python Coding – Strong proficiency in writing efficient and scalable code for data analysis.

✔ Pandas & NumPy – Hands-on experience in data manipulation and numerical computing.

✔ PySpark – Expertise in handling large-scale data processing.

✔ Snowflake & PostgreSQL – Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and relational databases.

✔ MongoDB & MySQL – Strong background in database querying and management.

✔ Google Sheets & Excel – Advanced proficiency in formulas, macros, and pivot tables.

✔ Metabase & Data Visualization – Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.

✔ Leadership & Team Management – Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and multiple departments.

Good-to-Have Skills:
