About the Role

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer with solid experience in Python and React to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on end-to-end product development and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build clean, efficient, and reusable code using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and help improve engineering best practices.
• Integrate APIs and work with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Proficiency in React
• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Intermediate level of English (able to communicate in meetings and written channels).
• Based in Colombia and willing to work under a Colombian undefined-term employment contract.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, etc.).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
