Role Summary:

As a Healthcare Marketing Director at HosTalky, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract healthcare professionals, and engage patients. You will lead marketing campaigns, oversee digital initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote HosTalky’s healthcare solutions.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Create and manage branding strategies to enhance market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage content creation efforts, including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in data analytics and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
